Chief Information Officer

$200k + bonus

Memphis, TN

The Chief Information Officer position will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing the organization’s information technology strategy, ensuring that it aligns with the overall business objectives. The CIO will lead the IT Department and oversee all aspects of technology and information systems, aiming to enhance efficiency, security and innovation within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy that supports and advances the organization’s business goals
• Provide visionary leadership to ensure that technology initiatives are in alignment with long-term vision
• Oversee the design, implementation and maintenance of the organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring reliability, scalability and security
• Evaluate and recommend technology investments, including hardware, software and services
• Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources
• Oversee the planning and execution of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
• Establish and manage relationships with internal and external clients
• Maintain a positive and ethical work climate
• Perform other functions as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a senior IT leadership role, preferably as a CIO, CTO, Senior Director of IT, or SVP of IT.
• Previous experience in the Property Management or Real Estate – highly preferred!
• Outstanding organizational and management skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills required to clearly explain complex issues
• Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
