Director of Research and Development
$170k to $185k + bonus – Onsite

Bell & Associates has been engaged to help our client find a Director of Research & Development for their corporate offices in Lenexa, KS. In the role, you will be responsible for spearheading the Research & Development initiatives and projects of the company. The Director will manage R&D Engineering Staff by assigning job goals and evaluating performance and proficiency of the Team. The Director manages project teams in the design, development and qualification of new products or research projects that could be utilized in new product technologies.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. Preference shown to advanced degrees and certifications.

Client does offer some relocation assistance for the right individual. No sponsorships are available.
