Bell & Associates has been engaged to help our client find their next Structural/Civil Engineering for their KCMO facility. In the role, you will be responsible for designing cold formed steel structures, design floor systems, develop BIM models, and develop shop drawings. This would require someone to have substantial experience designing an entire mid-rise structure from foundations to lateral systems and be able to lead a team of engineers and draftspersons to meet project deliverable milestones. The candidate will be required to meet with and coordinate the structural design with project architects, project EOR, general contractor/construction manager, building official, and the special inspector. This position a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, a PE license and bring a minimum of 5 years+ years experience. The candidate needs to be proficient in AISI standards and the role requires a 100% onsite work environment. Base salary for the position is between $75k to $100k.

Client does offer relocation within the Midwest.
