Bell & Associates, Inc. has been engaged to recruit a Contract HR Generalist. As an HR Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and enhancing our company’s human resources functions. This position requires a well-rounded HR professional with a diverse skill set, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR compliance. The HR Generalist will be a key liaison between employees and management, fostering a positive work environment and contributing to the overall success of the organization.


  1. Talent Acquisition:

    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
    • Conduct screens and manage the hiring process.
    • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
  2. Employee Relations:

    • Address employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
    • Foster a positive workplace culture through effective communication and conflict resolution.
  3. Benefits Administration:

    • Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  4. Payroll:

    • Process bi-weekly payroll for 100 employees, multistate with garnishments through ADP.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
