Bell & Associates has been engaged to search for a highly experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of developing and implementing HR initiatives that align with the company’s goals and objectives. As a key member of the leadership team, the Senior HR Manager will play a critical role in driving employee engagement, talent management, and organizational development initiatives within our manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Partner with senior leadership to identify and address key HR challenges and opportunities
  • Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
  • Lead efforts to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on HR-related issues, including performance management, conflict resolution, and employee development
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create a more inclusive work environment
  • Oversee HR compliance and ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational effectiveness and change management efforts

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
  • Extensive knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
  • Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus
