Vice President of Finance
$210k – $220K plus bonus

We have been engaged by our client to conduct a local area recruiting effort to identify their next Vice President of Finance.

The Vice President of Finance has direct responsibility to the Chairman of the Board for the financial reporting of the Company, treasury, administration interfaces (Information Systems Department, legal, risk management, benefit plan administration), and oversight of duties pertaining to the financial and related strategic aspects of the estate of the ownership family. In addition to being a Corporate Officer, the Vice President of Finance participates as a member of the Leadership Team, which advises the Board regarding strategic decision making, problem and resource resolution.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Finance and a preference shown to CPA certified candidates
• 10+ years experience working in a privately-held, family-owned, manufacturing operation is preferred.
• No Sponsorships available.
• Local area candidates or those willing to relocate themselves into the Kansas City area.
