Heather Leto joined the Bell & Associates team in November of 2022. Prior to joining the team, Heather was an Executive Recruiter for Lee Hecht Harrison where she gained four years of successful recruiting experience across multiple sectors including Accounting and Finance, HR, and Marketing. Heather takes pride in maintaining candidate and client relations and has successfully placed hundreds of candidates in new career opportunities.
Prior to becoming a recruiter, Heather graduated from Arizona State University with her bachelor’s in accounting and was Staff Accountant for over five years. Heather resides in Arizona where she enjoys hiking, reading and going on adventures with her golden retriever, Bear.
