Lyndsay joined Bell & Associates in 2024 after a highly successful 11-year career in Staffing, most recently specializing in Accounting & Finance supporting the front-range in Colorado. During her previous roles, she earned achievements such as Regional Account Manager MVP, Impact Player of the Year, Voice of the Customer World Class, and seven year-end contest achievements. She also played a key role in building the Accounting and Finance division in Colorado, growing it from 4 clients to 26 clients in one year and growing her team from 2 members to 6. Prior to starting up the Accounting and Finance division in Colorado, Lyndsay managed several headquartered clients in Omaha, one being the largest Fortune 500 client in the company, placing 400+ candidates over 5 years with an 85% successful placement rate.
Her goal is to be a strategic partner and give you access to talent you might not find on your own by building a trusting and honest relationship. Customer service and helping her clients be successful in their business is top priority.
Lyndsay is originally from Omaha, Nebraska and still a loyal fan of the Huskers (Go Big Red!). She relocated to Denver for her husband’s career in Sports Radio. When she isn’t taking care of her clients and candidates, she is spending time with her husband and daughter, and you’ll probably catch her enjoying a good craft beer from local breweries!
