Monique joined Bell & Associates, Inc. as an Executive Recruiter in January 2023. Prior to joining the team, Monique started her recruiting journey within the staffing space at Aston Carter. She was quickly promoted from a Recruiter to an Account Recruiting Manager. Over the years, Monique managed client relations with Fortune 500 companies, and successfully placed hundreds of candidates in new career opportunities. In 2021, she achieved three consecutive quarterly contest wins, and was recognized for “MVP of the Year” and “Significant Impact Player”.
Monique grew up in Snohomish, WA. Most of her life was spent hiking mountains, exploring the ocean, and eating fresh seafood. Upon graduating from Washington State University with a BA in Business Administration, Monique moved across the country to Texas. Currently, she resides in the city of Dallas alongside her Fiancé and their gray Scottish Straight cat named Luna.
