Jacelyn joined Bell & Associates in 2025 with over 10 years of experience in headhunting. Prior to that, she spent a decade at The Adecco Group in their US Permanent Recruitment division, where she managed a full desk and led a team of 3 Search Consultants. Throughout her career, Jacelyn has been consistently recognized for her performance, earning a spot in the High Performers Club every year since 2015, and receiving the Hero Award for her contributions and impact.
She’s known for her structured, detail-oriented, and consultative approach, taking the time to understand both client needs and candidate goals to ensure lasting matches. Her recruiting experience spans Accounting & Finance across multiple industries, Commercial Real Estate (developers, private equity firms, institutional investors, third-party property managers, owner-operators, and real estate investment and asset management groups), as well as Manufacturing, Engineering, and Construction.
Jacelyn obtained her B.S. in Human Resource Management from California State University, Long Beach #GoBeach
Outside of work, she enjoys exploring the world and food.
