After earning a Bachelors in Finance and Minor in Applied Economics from Penn State University, Davis transitioned into the Executive search world focusing on Finance and Accounting professionals, and spent his first six years of his career with the Addison Group. Combining his academic background, deep understanding of the industry, and competitive nature from being a college athlete, he has built a career in helping organizations identify and secure top-tier talent for critical roles within companies F&A org in the DMV area.
With a strong foundation in financial principles and market dynamics, Davis brings both technical insights and strategic perspectives to talent acquisition.
