Since graduating from the University of Tampa with a degree in Economics and International Business, Reid has built strong expertise in Finance & Accounting staffing. He is passionate about connecting top talent with companies across a wide range of industries and is committed to delivering a personalized experience for both clients and candidates.
Before joining Bell & Associates, Reid launched his recruiting career at a global staffing firm, where he earned Rookie of the Year honors and went on to lead multiple teams in the Los Angeles and Austin markets. He held the role of Assistant Vice President, Practice Director during his time there.
Outside of work, Reid is an avid runner and recently completed the Austin Marathon, among other races. He is also pursuing an MBA with a concentration in Corporate Finance from Purdue University. Reid has developed a nationwide network and takes pride in excelling at what he’s most passionate about: matching the right candidates with the right companies.
