Ben specializes in the placement of Accounting and Finance leadership talent across the Midwest and nationally. He partners with private-equity-backed portfolio companies, growing middle-market organizations, and established corporations to identify high-impact Controllers, Senior Accountants, CFOs, and other key financial leaders. Known for his consultative approach and strong business acumen, he focuses on building long-term relationships with both clients and candidates. His deep understanding of both public accounting and corporate finance environments allows him to align the right skill sets with the strategic direction of each business he supports.
Prior to recruiting, Ben developed firsthand experience in public and corporate accounting, giving him insight into the day-to-day realities and performance expectations of the roles he now fills. He is recognized by his clients for his responsiveness, market awareness, and ability to move efficiently without compromising quality. He believes in building recruitment partnerships rooted in trust, transparency, and outcomes that meaningfully impact both careers and organizations.
Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, supporting the Colts, Pacers and Cubs, and spending time with his friends and family.
