Sydney joined Bell & Associates in 2026, bringing a proven track record of growth and success in the recruiting industry. Prior to Bell, she was with Vaco, where she rapidly advanced from Talent Analyst to Executive Recruiter and ultimately Associate Director within just four years.
Throughout her career, Sydney has specialized in direct-hire placements across Accounting, Finance, Tax, Audit, and HR within the Dallas–Fort Worth market. She has successfully placed hundreds of candidates while partnering closely with clients to meet critical hiring needs. Her approach is rooted in building genuine relationships, allowing her to deliver a highly personalized and effective recruiting experience.
A Dallas native, Sydney now supports multiple markets across Texas and is known for cultivating long-term partnerships that extend well beyond the placement process. Outside of work, she can usually be found spending time with her mini Australian Shepherd, Mallow, and her cat, Monkey, or binge-watching true crime documentaries.
