Dan has spent 20+ yrs in the Search business—having joined Bell & Associates in April of 2026.
Throughout his career he has specialized in Direct Hire searches within the practice areas of Accounting/Finance, Sales/Marketing, IT, HR, Operations and Executive/C-Suite across a vast range of industries including-PE/VC,Software,Government Contracting, Professional Services, Manufacturing, Banking, CPG, Healthcare and numerous others.
After graduating from Wake Forest University in 2006, Dan joined the newly formed search Division of the multi-billion dollar firm Allegis Group, called Stephen James. After 4 yrs in agency, Dan moved to join a VC backed start up called Opower in Washington DC helping them quadruple their workforce, expand the company internationally through EMEA and APAC and inevitably to a successful IPO.
Prior to joining Bell, Dan spent over 10 yrs with the Addison Group as their SVP of Mid-Atlantic Executive Search and a 2 yr stint with Gravity IT Resources as their Director, Business Operations building out their DC Metro market.
Dan prides himself on being a true relationship focused partner to his clients and market consultant and advocate to his candidates. He services the NY, NJ, PA and Mid-Atlantic markets and recently relocated to NJ where he grew up.
