Chris began his career with KPMG before transitioning into professional staffing, spending three years with Addison Group. He then joined CharterUP, a hypergrowth technology company, as the founding recruiter and helped scale the organization from ~40 to ~250 employees. During his CharterUP tenure, Chris also spent two years in account management before returning to staffing with Bell.
Based in Denver, Chris focuses on Accounting & Finance recruiting and brings a relationship-driven approach to helping clients identify top talent and candidates find the right next step in their careers.
Outside of work, Chris enjoys pickleball, bowling, and cheering on the Baltimore Ravens.
