Evan joined Bell & Associates in 2026, bringing nearly 10 years of experience across executive search, recruiting, business development, account management, and leadership.
Before joining Bell & Associates, he spent more than three years as an Executive Recruiter with Ferretti Search, where he led retained, confidential, and professional searches across a range of industries and functions. His work included partnering directly with CEOs, CHROs, CFOs, and other senior leaders on hiring strategy, compensation, market conditions, and search execution. Throughout his career, he has completed searches across a broad range of professional and leadership roles, including senior executive and C-suite positions, and has placed candidates in markets across the United States.
Before Ferretti Search, Evan spent nearly six years with Randstad. During that time, he progressed through multiple recruiting and leadership roles, managing teams of up to 10 across multiple branches. He earned President’s Club recognition, helped launch a new division, and supported market expansion, client growth, and organizational change.
Evan earned his bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Wright State University. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, playing golf, and sipping a good bourbon.
