Bell & Associates, Inc. has been engaged to find our client a Creative and Brand Manager who will manage all aspects of creative development from concept to completion. The Creative and Brand Manager supports multiple locations across a growing geography while reporting to the director of marketing. This role will manage and develop a team of graphic designers, a project coordinator, and vendors. In addition, the Creative & Brand Manager will lead the development of creative briefs while using design methodologies to ensure stakeholder objectives and timelines are met. They will continually evolve the brand using the most effective tools and techniques across all forms of media.

Duties Required:

  • Team development, including mentorship and staff training to ensure all members achieve their potential, includes awareness of new trends in the fields of marketing and design.
  • Be innovative ushering in new approaches and ideas that help the creative marketing and brand strategy deliver company messages across varying markets.
  • Lead art direction and creative strategy to strengthen the brand and ensure cohesive visual identity and tone across all touchpoints including, but not limited to, photography, e-communications, event collateral, video, social media, print, and website.
  • Design and produce marketing assets including presentations, one-pagers, ads, case studies, email headers, etc.
  • Lead the entire creative process from concept and design to brand development, production, and delivery while maintaining quality standards.
  • Create clear and comprehensive brand guidelines across all mediums while ensuring those guidelines are adhered to.
  • Apply gained career experience in developing and managing creative strategy and solutions across all design mediums, motion, and video.
  • The ability to lead and execute multiple projects in congruence.

Required Skills:

  • The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, demanding environment that often presents shifting priorities.
  • Hands-on experience in developing and managing creative strategy and solutions across all design mediums, motion and video.
  • Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Premier experience is a plus.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, demanding environment that often presents shifting priorities.

A bachelor’s degree or higher, along with 8+ years in a creative leadership capacity is required for client consideration.
