As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will take charge of planning and executing strategic digital advertising campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes. Your expertise in managing and optimizing multi-platform campaigns will help improve cost-efficiency, boost lead generation, and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).


Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and refine digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Google, Bing, and Meta, ensuring alignment with business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Performance Optimization: Use data-driven strategies to improve cost-per-lead (CPL) and enhance ROAS, delivering impactful results.
  • Attribution and Analytics: Track campaign performance through advanced attribution methods, connecting advertising efforts to customer journeys and revenue generation.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Lead projects such as keyword expansion, ad restructuring, A/B testing, audience targeting, and strategic bidding to maximize efficiency.
  • Performance Reporting: Provide regular, actionable reports to stakeholders, detailing campaign outcomes and contributions to overall business performance.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay current with digital marketing trends and incorporate innovative strategies for improved personalization, automation, and segmentation.

Key Attributes and Qualifications

  • Experience: 4+ years managing $50K+ monthly advertising budgets across platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in:
    • Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for tracking and reporting.
    • Google Tag Manager for implementation and optimization.
    • Automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make) for connecting ad performance with CRM systems like ServiceTitan.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, uncover actionable insights, and implement strategies to reduce CPL and improve ROAS.
  • Attribution Expertise: Knowledge of full-funnel marketing attribution methods to connect campaigns to outcomes such as leads, revenue, and customer lifetime value (CLTV).
  • Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment focused on innovation and improvement.
