Bell & Associates is seeking a Multicraft Maintenance Technician, the selected candidate will have responsibility for installing, maintaining and repairing a broad range of mechanical systems and equipment including hydraulic, pneumatic, and power transmission systems. This position will provide assistance in operating functions as necessary to maintain continuous operations as well as repair or diagnose faulty equipment or machinery.

How you’ll make an impact…

• Installation, disassembly, repair and reassembly of equipment such as pumps, gearboxes, mechanical drives or other mechanical equipment/machinery.
• Test, diagnose and repair malfunctioning machinery and communicate with Maintenance Department or Production Management.
• Replace/repair faulty components of machine such as relays, printed circuit boards, switches, motors and adjusts mechanical parts as necessary.
• Record appropriate equipment information concerning equipment repairs and performance through the work order system.
• Inform facility leaders and other technicians of pertinent information and relay to other departments if necessary.
• Adhere to company safety regulations.

• Physical requirements – lift and manipulate unwieldy parts weighing up to 100 lbs
• Must be able to work in a team environment
• Ability to train others
