Operations Finance Analyst – Secession Planning Opportunity

$85k to $100k + bonus – Hybrid

Lee’s Summit, MO.

Bell & Associates has been engaged to help our client find a Senior Financial Accountant for their manufacturing plant in Lee’s Summit, MO. In the role, you will be responsible for general accounting responsibilities including capital budgeting, financial reporting, month-end close processes, depreciations, cost analysis, cash flow analysis, monthly & quarterly reporting on cash position, fixed asset accounting and budgeting.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in accounting from a manufacturing environment. Preference show to candidates possessing a CPA, but not required.
