Brittany joined Bell & Associates, Inc. in October 2025. Prior to Bell, she was with Randstad, where she quickly accelerated her career. Brittany was promoted from Staffing Manager, to Senior Staffing Manager, and ultimately to Partner of Talent Solutions, at one point earning the distinction of #1 Producer of the Business Professionals division nationally.
Over the years, Brittany has managed client relations with companies ranging from Fortune 500 organizations to local businesses, cultivating meaningful relationships and successfully placing hundreds of candidates in new career opportunities. Brittany studied Aeroscience and Marketing at Florida State College and first discovered her passion for connecting people while bartending in college.
A native of Jacksonville, FL, Brittany now covers and services Florida as a whole. She currently resides in Jacksonville, FL. She was a competitive swimmer for over 12 years and now enjoys the beach, holiday decorating, and travel. She takes an annual trip with her family to the Rocky Mountains to see the snow and snow ski. Brittany lives with her husband, son, and her Doberman named Anri.
