Over her recruiting career, she has ranked among the top 20 recruiters out of 3,500 nationwide across a 6-year span. That combination of speed, precision, and genuine care for the right fit is what continues to drive her passion for the work.
Cate Bray is the Executive Recruiting Practice Lead for CPG & Logistics, specializing in executive search partnerships spanning $50M PE-backed companies up to Fortune 10 and Fortune 500 organizations. She has placed top executives at companies including GXO, Sodexo, and Ryder Logistics.
