Joining Bell at the start of 2022, Dan has a more than a decade and half of interviewing & hiring experience. Including 6+ years of staffing and in-house engineering services recruiting for Aerotek & EASi Engineering Services (now Actalent). He supported positions across North America as a Recruiting Lead and Subject Matter Expert for several Engineering Disciplines including Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Software, Quality, Manufacturing & Automation. Additionally, Dan supported internal hiring for Operations Management, Program Management, Regulatory Compliance, and Executive Leadership. During his tenure at Actalent, some of his achievements included: Multiple consecutive contest wins, Breakout performer Award, Producer of the year Award, and MVP Award/Recognition for outstanding performance. When not assisting clients and candidates find their ideal match, Dan enjoys spending time with his family & outdoors and resides near Fayetteville, AR.
