Our Team

Ellie Tyerech is an Executive Recruiter with Bell & Associates, working with organizations nationwide on executive and specialized searches. She works across a range of functions, with a particular focus on Human Resources and Accounting & Finance, while also supporting searches across operations, manufacturing, and other leadership roles. Prior to joining Bell, Ellie built her recruiting career with Robert Half, specializing in administrative, finance, and accounting talent.

Ellie takes a direct, relationship-focused approach to recruiting. She puts a strong emphasis on understanding the business and the people involved in a search, and believes in being honest and thorough throughout the process. Her goal is to make sure both the client and candidate have a clear understanding of the opportunity and that expectations are aligned from the start.

Originally from the Northeast, Ellie is now based in Salt Lake City, where she has embraced the mountain and outdoor community. Outside of work, she is passionate about skiing at Snowbird, hiking, running, and spending as much time as possible in the Utah mountains.
