Joanna has been in the Recruiting / Staffing industry for almost 15 years. She started out in the healthcare industry where she recruited healthcare professionals, as well as office staff for dental practices across the United States. She recently comes from 8 years at her previous company where she was promoted to be Managing Division Director of the Nashville office. With focusing on Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, IT, Administrative and Customer Service roles, she was able to service many different clients across the Middle Tennessee area. Joanna prides herself on her conversion rate filling a temp-to-hire position, and the majority of her candidates that she has placed are still with the same client many years later!
Personally, Joanna grew up in the Nashville area and graduated from a local college with a Bachelor’s Degree in Management in Human Relations, which helped jump start her love for Recruiting and echoes her passion for placing great candidates with great clients!
