Jodie oversees all areas of finance and administration for Bell & Associates. She also serves as the main contact for human resources management for our internal staff and our contract staff. Before joining Bell & Associates in 2023, Jodie has already spent nearly two decades in the staffing industry with multiple firms including Austin Nichols Technical Search, Robert Half and Ajilon Consulting. She was an integral part in the growth of these companies by streamlining processes and procedures with innovative solutions to increase efficiency, candidate and client satisfaction and the bottom line. Jodie enjoys playing a role in people’s lives as they take on an exciting, new adventure as they are placed with a new company. In her time away from work, you will find her enjoying the outdoors with her two children, family and friends, or working on projects in and around her Overland Park home. Jodie loves the challenge of a new project and there is little to nothing that she will not attempt.
