Katrina has spent 20 years in the Human Resources space specializing in Recruiting for the Healthcare and Legal environments. Before becoming an executive recruiter, Katrina worked as an HR Manager in the healthcare, not-for-profit, and legal industries. She obtained her Master’s degree in Organizational & Industrial Psychology from Kansas State University in 2013. Katrina prides herself in providing excellent customer service to both her candidates and clients. Taking the time to listen, discover and plan around her candidates’ and clients’ needs is the major driving factor behind her success. Katrina’s strong communication skills, along with the ability to connect with candidates and clients alike have led to both positive placement results and lasting professional partnerships. Throughout the past 20 years, her goal has been and continues to be, placing candidates in “their dream jobs”.
