With more than 15 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, hiring, and consulting, she has placed talent from entry-level professionals to C-suite executives and built relationships across Kentucky, Tennessee, Virginia, Ohio, and Arkansas.
Before joining Bell & Associates, Kayla spent her career with a Fortune 500 global staffing firm, where she was a top performer and $5M+ producer. She takes a relationship-first approach to recruiting and believes the best placements happen when you take the time to understand the person, not just the resume.
A KY native and proud WKU graduate, Kayla is happiest when she’s outside. When she’s not connecting people and opportunities, you’ll likely find her hanging with her husband (and dog, obviously) at the lake boating, kayaking, camping, or hiking. Basically, if it involves sunshine, water, or a good trail, she’s in…and she’s bringing her dog.
