Liam Clifford is an Executive Recruiter with Bell & Associates, specializing in accounting, finance, and human resources searches across New England and nationally. He partners with organizations ranging from growing private companies to large, publicly traded organizations to help them identify and hire top talent that drives business success.
Liam graduated from Bentley University in 2017, earning a Bachelor’s degree with a double major in Economics and Finance & Health and Industry. Since then, he has built nearly a decade of recruiting experience, developing a strong network and deep market knowledge across New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Maine and the broader New England region. He has successfully placed professionals at all levels, from entry-level accounting roles to senior leadership positions, and is known for his straightforward, relationship-driven approach.
He is passionate about recruiting because it allows him to make a meaningful impact on both sides of the process—helping companies build high-performing teams while also connecting individuals with opportunities that can transform their careers and lives.
Outside of work, Liam is a passionate New England sports fan and self-proclaimed foodie. He enjoys staying active through working out, playing golf, and spending time outdoors camping whenever he can.
