Luke started with Bell in January of 2022. Luke has a bachelors from Wisconsin Lutheran College where he was a scholar athlete playing football all four years. Like many recruiters Luke didn’t immediately start out in recruiting upon graduation. For the first 10 years of his career Luke worked his way up in the non-profit sector with his last stop being the number two for an organization with a million dollar opporting budget and four sites across the county. Over those years Luke became well versed at all aspects of running the business including the finance (managing PL’s, doing all the budgeting and forecasting) and HR (built out all HR policy and procedure at his last organization) functions. Luke transitioned his career into the recruiting world in 2016 and these experiences have been instrumental in his success. His first year in recruiting he was the national rookie of the year. Overall in the 5+ years with Parker + Lynch he was recognized with multiple awards and billing $1.7m. Since joining Bell he has continued to focus on client and candidate experience while finding and securing the first class talent he has become known for in Greater Milwaukee. Luke resides in Wauwatosa with his wife and three kids.
