Mike joined Bell & Associates in 2024 after a highly successful nine-year career in Staffing, specializing in Accounting & Finance in Phoenix, AZ. During his previous role, he earned accolades such as Rookie of the Year and President’s Club, while playing a key role in building one of the company’s top-performing divisions.
Originally from Philadelphia and still a loyal fan of his hometown sports teams, Mike relocated to Phoenix for his wife’s career. He has a wife and two sons in Peoria, AZ. An avid outdoor enthusiast and 4×4 off-roader, Mike spends many weekends exploring and camping across Arizona and the Southwest.
Before his staffing career, Mike launched and ran an outdoor lighting company. After relocating to Phoenix, his career has been focused on helping small and mid-sized businesses grow by selling and consulting on marketing, advertising, and HR services. Mike takes great joy in helping candidates transform their lives and advancing their careers. He believes that people are an organization’s greatest asset and is passionate about connecting companies with top talent.
