Odus joined Bell and Associates, Inc. in January 2023. After graduating from the University of Memphis with an accounting degree, he began his career in public accounting with a Big 4 firm. Over the next 26 years, Odus enjoyed a successful career holding positions in internal audit, financial reporting, controller, regional controller and finally as CFO in the homebuilding industry. In 2013, seeking to make a career change, Odus obtained his real estate license. After a brief stint in real estate, he landed an opportunity in the staffing industry going to work for a global staffing firm. Over the last 9 years, Odus has become a top producer, achieving the President’s award for straight years. Odus lives in Memphis, Tennessee with his wife and three English Bulldogs. He and his wife enjoy watching college sports, particularly Notre Dame football and University of Memphis basketball.
