Reema joined Bell & Associates, Inc. as an Executive Recruiter in July 2023. Prior to joining the team, Reema started her recruiting journey within the staffing space at Lee Hecht Harrison. She then moved to Brewer Morris where she led a team of 4 recruiters and built out the Finance and Accounting division. Over the years Reema has a proven track record with clients and candidates. Reema specializes in direct-hire finance and accounting placements in the manufacturing, construction, oil/gas, engineering, real estate, and financial services sectors.
Reema grew up in Allentown, PA and received her bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of South Carolina. She currently resides in Charlotte, NC with her Siberian Husky Nova. Reema enjoys traveling, volleyball, and spending time with friends and family.
