Ryan joined Bell & Associates as an Executive Recruiter in August of 2024. He has over 12 years of successful recruiting experience where he has mainly focused in the accounting and finance space at national recruiting firms. Ryan takes a consultative approach in his recruiting efforts to ensure finding the right fit for both the client and candidate.
Ryan grew up in a small town by the name of Hibbing in northern Minnesota (hometown of Bob Dylan). Upon graduating from the University of Minnesota-Duluth with a BA in Business Administration, Ryan moved to Minneapolis and currently resides in the Twin Cities. Ryan enjoys spending time with friends & family, traveling, and watching sports.
