At Bell & Associates, Surya partners with companies throughout the Pacific Northwest and across the country on searches spanning accounting and finance leadership, construction, and operations. He recruits individual contributors to C-suite executives. Before joining Bell, Surya spent more than 14 years with LHH, most recently as a Senior Executive Recruiter focused on accounting and finance.
Surya’s approach is straightforward and relationship-driven. He listens first, looks beyond the job description to understand what a company truly needs, and communicates honestly with clients and candidates throughout the process. For Surya, a successful search is about more than making a placement. It is about building lasting relationships and finding the right long-term fit for both sides.
Born and raised in Oregon, Surya is a graduate of Oregon State University. Go Beavs! Outside of work, he loves traveling and trying new food with his wife and young daughter. In the summer, you can often find him with his toes in the sand at the Pelican Pub patio in Pacific City. He also enjoys paddleboarding, hiking, camping, and heading to Bend, one of his family’s favorite Oregon getaways.
