Tasha joined Bell & Associates in August 2025 and is focused on building out the firm’s Human Resources practice nationwide. Known for her relationship-driven and strategic approach, she partners closely with clients to identify and attract top HR and administrative leadership talent across multiple industries, including manufacturing, professional services, and healthcare.
Before joining Bell, Tasha spent seven years with Addison Group, where she built and managed the HR & Administrative Direct Hire practice. As Branch Manager for four years, she successfully expanded the team, grew market share, and consistently ranked among the firm’s top producers.
Originally from San Antonio, Tasha has spent the past 13 years in Dallas and has developed a strong understanding of the Texas market and its unique talent landscape. A former college volleyball player, she now channels that same energy into life at home—where she and her husband are busy keeping up with their two energetic kids.
