Joining Bell & Associates in late 2021, Todd has spent the past decade and a half in the recruitment and staffing space. Todd spent over 13 years at Aston Carter (including 10 years in Kansas City and 3 years in Seattle), where he served as Practice Lead and Subject Matter Expert within the Accounting & Finance space. Some of Todd’s significant achievements while at Aston Carter include back-to-back Producer of the Year awards, 8 consecutive contest wins, and leading his practice to achieve Office of the Year awards for both the Kansas City and Seattle markets. Todd is a former CPA, spending 5 years at KPMG in the accounting/audit space prior to his time at Aston Carter. Todd obtained his Masters of Accounting & Information Systems from the University of Kansas, where he was also a member of the basketball team. Todd and his growing family reside in Overland Park, KS.
